Any one else ?

Question

Any body else ever experience a lower right back side ache? It doesn't hurt its just uncomfortable and has pressure any body else gets this and then get a BFP?!

I had a lot pain/discomfort on my right side flank a week before I discovered I was pregnant. 
After that I had some period cramping for a while too with the pain on the right side of my back.  Can you test already or is it still too early?
