Hemorrhoids.

My son is 17 months old and I have had one annoying hemorrhoid ever since I had him. It's not painful, doesn't itch, doesn't bleed. It's just there. I feel intense pressure of it every time I have a BM. Sitz baths don't help, Epsom salt does nothing, and preparation H is just a goopy annoyance too. I brought this to my doctors attention and she doesn't seem concerned since I'm not in pain. Any suggestions on how to get rid of it or make it pop on its own? I'm 6 months pregnant and literally am on the toilet every 45 minutes peeing and I hate the pressure I feel on my rectum every time I sit on the toilet.
