Scar tissue from c-section?

I have had an HSG and sonohystogram, both of which were incredibly painful as my uterus would not expand to take the dye/saline. A hysteroscopy is next so that my doctor can get a better look at the issue. It could be scar tissue from my c-section almost 4 years ago. Been TTC for over a year. Anyone have experience with this?
