*Important Question!!*
I'm new to all this charting jazz & I got me a BBT thermometer but not quite sure how to do it. I know you take it first thing in the morning before doing anything else BUT do I start taking my temp the 1st day AF rears her ugly head or start taking it now? I started taking it the morning after I got it but I want to make sure I'm doing everything right. TIA!! ☺❤😘
