Exclusively Breastfeeding Moms

Noelle
Unlike my first baby who was exclusively breastfed (no formula, no bottles, no pacifier), I will be returning to work 6-8 weeks after baby #2 is born. I'm hoping to stock up on milk during that time so I don't have to supplement with formula while I'm at work. I HATE formula. Just the thought of feeding my baby formula makes me sad when I have the real thing! I remember during those first couple weeks your boobs get engorged with milk then levels off to meet the demands of the baby. My question: if I pump like crazy during that time will I make more milk? How many time would you pump a day? Also any tips on pumping at work are welcome. What kind of breastpump works best? How soon can I order one through my insurance. I have BCBS of MA.
