Did you have implantation bleeding when you got pregnant?

Just curious as to how many people had implantation bleeding after getting pregnant. Everything I read says not many women get it, but I feel like I see a lot of women on here think they have it. My sister said she had it when she got pregnant. Is there a way to know if you'll get it or not?
