I'm 17 weeks and overweight. My doctor said could take up til 20 weeks to feel anything so wasn't expecting it but last night I was laying down for a while on my phone and felt like a twitch like thing in my lower belly. I thought possibly baby possibly gas but were travelling right now and I been sitting in the car for a couple hours and have felt it like 5 times in the last while. It's almost like when you get nervous excited butterflies but In on specific spot always the same spot. Almost like when you're eye is twitching but your belly lol. You think could be baby or gas bubbles in the exact same spot lol. I'm not sure what it's supposed to feel like!
