1 hour glucose test

So I just got the call from my doctor about how I failed the 1 hour glucose test with a glucose level of 161 mg/dL.. And now I have to take the 3 hrs test..and I am really worried! Please share your experiences and let me know if there's anything I can do to ensure a better outcome this time!
