So I have a question for all mommies who have went on leave using FMLA. I took my leave on March 17th when I left I was Working 1st shift like I have for the 2 years I've almost been there I called my employer and told them I was cleared to come back to work, and they told me I would be 2nd shift because there is no openings on 1st. I feel that is not fair all of my baby sitting accommodations were made around those hours because I assumed I would be put back on my shift. Does anyone know if there is anything I can do about this. I have no one to babysit my daughter around those hours and I feel it's not fair for them to put me on that shift knowing I just had a newborn and I would have to find a sitter
