I got my positive ovulation test on the 12th (night time). So the egg would be out 12-36 hours later. Technically at most I'm only 5dpo and at least 4 dpo. Can I have pineapple today?

My friend, whom had IVF three times, was told by her doctor to eat only the middle part of the pineapple after the procedure to help with implantation. She ate it for 5 days everyday after the procedure. It helped/worked.  Something about the bromelain enzyme that is in it.
