I BF and pumped for my son for ten months. I have since had implants put in and plan on breastfeeding again (surgeon said everything should still work just fine...)

Question... has anyone had the experience of BF with natural breasts, then with implants? Was it any different?

I was barely a B cup and hardly grew at all during my first pregnancy and BF experience. This pregnancy and with the implants, my breasts have grown substantially since finding out I'm pregnant and are still sore most of the time. They're ridiculous and I can only imagine what it'll be like once my milk comes in.

Any stories, tips, etc... ??
