Hi my pregnancy tests came up positive but same time I am have some spotting and cramping under my stomach. What should I do? Am I still pregnant?

I was spotting when I got a positive test. I kept spotting for about two weeks and then it finally stopped. I'm now 13 weeks!

I had a period it wasn't normal it was light and only last four days. My friend suggested I test and it came back positive and I was pregnant had my baby five weeks ago.
