So I had an ultrasound to check for cysts and cancer (I don't have either one) and the ultrasound tech said that it looked like I was ovulating on both sides, she didn't say anything else about it though so I'm a little confused, can it look like you're ovulating from both sides and you really only ovulate on one side or do I hyperovulate? Sorry if this is a stupid question
