Occasional alcohol drink and ebf
Just wondering how you veteran ebf mamas handle an occasional drink with breastfeeding baby. I've heard now that they say one glass is harmless after an hour or two , no need to pump if you wait to feed, and lots of other different things and opinions on the subject.
