Insert your longest finger (middle one I would suggest) go in as far up as you can and you should be able to to feel your cervix with the tip of your finger very high and soft (been compared to a pair of soft lips) when you are expecting your period and until you are approaching your fertile week it's usually low like right by the entrance to your vagina and can be a bit harder x
