25 weeks pregnant with Twins

So i have been admitted into the hospital at 24 weeks. When I came in I was 4/5 centimeters and also have a bulging water bag that is literally out of uterus.. So no going home and on complete bed rest. Im bleeding but not having contractions. Im concerned but Dr isn't just dont know what to think.. Doing what we can to keep these babies in as long as possible. Can anyone relate??
