Tearing during birth
Hi I'm 8 months pregnant and I just traumatized myself by looking at different degree of tears from giving birth is there a way to prevent yourself from tearing I know some women didn't tear from giving birth I planned to do mines with no epedural I don't want to feel myself tear or deal with the pain after :( like using the bathroom after u tore down there
