Baby is measuring small 2 weeks behind at 19w

Due to Intrauterine growth restriction, placenta insuffiency and reverse blood flow. :( I've looked on online and a bunch of people suggest taking a low dose of baby aspirin to help the blood flow to the baby. Would this actually help? Please don't answer "yes or no", if you absolutely have no clue.
