When did your FIRST little one come?

I'm going to have my first child in June & I've had numerous people try to convince me that the first child always comes late. I was just curious as to what everyone has experienced! It's getting pretty annoying to hear it all the time!!

I wish my first was early 😔 41 weeks. But induction was quick and vaginal so that's a plus. I see horror stories all the time but mine was a great experience. I'm going to try all the tricks this time to get her out early! LoL I don't care how silly they are. I don't want to go past 40.

42 weeks with 48 hours of labor. I went all natural and it was no where near as bad as what I had heard.

My son was due May 28th I had him may 25th so early but barely and I had my membranes stripped which threw me into labor!

I feel like people just say that. Same with oh it's your first so it'll be a long labor. My daughter came early and I had a very short labor. So short that I had to scream at the nurse if she didn't get down there and check I was just going to push the baby out alone because she refused to believe after 3 hours I was ready to push. Then after she finally got down there she was like ok do some "practice" pushes. Two pushes latsr she's screaming at me to hold on she has to get the doctor because I was almost crowning. It's all chance/genetics and dependent on your body really. Just because it's your first doesn't mean you'll be overdue and in labor for days.
