Mucus plug? Dont look if you're squeamish

Okay ladies so I'm 38 weeks today. I tried the whole pineapple thing yesterday, and today I woke up with an upset stomach. When I sipped I felt a big clump of what I thought was just CM. 
But when I looked I started wondering if this could be my mucus plug?

That's part of it! I've been losing pieces all week! It does start to grow back, but I went to the doctor and she said the more you lose the closer you get (: I'm 1cm and 50% as of earlier this week and I've lost a lot more so hoping for a speedy process!
