I need advise

Normally when I get stressed out .. I will smoke to keep calm or just to relax my nerves .. But now that I am pregnant I try to think about my baby and what the stress will do to my child .. But this week just has been hell to the point where I have broke a few times .. Yeah I know pregnant shouldn't do it blah blah blah .. Bad parenting whatever .. Not looking to be judged just want to find away to quit before it seriously starts to effect my child and a way to get rid of stress .. I tried doing the things I enjoy .. Don't help .. Yoga .. Failed .. The whole thing about your baby .. Just makes it worse
