Constipation during third trimester?

Anybody else having problems with using the restroom during the third trimester? During my first pregnancy I was fine no issues but this time me and I cannot go number two for nothing! I mean I swear I sit there for like 10 minutes! Anybody else experiencing this and if so what are you guys doing to help it?!

It's very common. Try to eat more fiber. You can also take a stool softener or a laxative. Just be careful on trying to use the restroom, hemorrhoids are very common when constipated & during the 3rd trimester.

Lots of water and a stool softener helped me. I was able to go the next day with no problems. Hope this helps. Colace or dulcolax works

Take a probiotic daily, eat yogurt, and if those fail you can also drink a tablespoon or two of apple cider vinegar (mixed in warm water with honey) and you'll be cleared out within a couple hours.

I have been having a lot of issues with this since halfway through the second trimester. I will not be able to go for 3 sometimes 4 days but since its such a short period of time I just wait it out. If it were any longer than 3/4 days I would consult my OB but usually after those couple days I will end up going 2 maybe even 3 times in one day then not go for another few lol it sucks but it's temporary
