Has anyone ever had period like bleeding and still ended up pregnant?

Okay so I was on cycle day 37 and I was almost positive I was pregnant because of all my symptoms. Well day 38 I started what was I guess my period it was a bit different though. My first day is normally extremely heavy but I just spotted all day. Well the next coups days were heavy but the last 3 or so days have been light and spotting as well.
