Frozen vegetable recall

So I'm super worried. We got a notice from BJs that the frozen spinach we bought has been recalled for possible listeria contamination. I've been using it in my smoothies off and on the past few months when I've run out of fresh spinach.  So I didn't cook it, just threw it right in the smoothie.   Here I am trying be healthy with organic spinach and this happens.   I would have been better off with a pop tart.  I have a Drs appt today, hopefully they can do a blood test to rule out listeria.  Anyone else in the same boat?
