Oversupply?

Mirjam
My baby is only 10 days old and I feed him every 3 hours, he only eats 15 min max from each breast. I try to have him eat from both but I'm thinking about Block feeding. But before I do so I want to make sure that's the right thing to do. he's healthy and is a big boy (10lb) and has been gaining so well so I'm not necessarily worried he isn't getting enough. He's pretty gassy and gets fuzzy a lot and I think he might have silent reflux but I am not quite sure about that yet. The problem is my breasts are always still pretty full after each feed. Generally they feel engorged most of the day/very soon after feeding. I'm not sure if that's normal at this point or if I'm dealing with oversupply or if he's just not eating enough? I don't want to pump after feeding him bc I'm afraid I'll just make the problem worse by upping the supply. Or does this sound like another problem?
