What do you girls use?

And why do you prefer what you use? I wear tampons as I find then far more comfortable.

I am totally a cup convert. I change it twice a day rather than 6-8 with tampons, it's cheaper overall, and I don't have to worry about wet strings.

I would wear tampons when I'd leave, but pads the rest of the time. When I started wearing pads to sleep and just around the house, after a few cycles, I noticed my cramps weren't as bad, my bleeding wasn't as heavy and my periods went from 7-9 days, down to just 3-4 days, with just one day of somewhat heavy bleeding. So while they're not as comfortable, and a little more messy, I am all for pads.

Mooncup (English version of the diva cup) I tried the Femmy cycle for a while but when I used to remove it it used to - what can only be described as- pull on my cervix and make it feel bruised and generally sore so I stopped using it, it was an amazing cup apart from that though lol I haven't used tampons or pads for years now

I have to wear pads because I have hydronepherosis which can make my kidneys fail if I get a bad water infection.

I was always a tampon girl until I had my DD; they became uncomfortable after I gave birth. So I use pads now.
