Second time around is way more difficult!

We got pregnant with our first when I was 29, got pregnant first month trying, and all was right. Fast forward almost 4 years, we're ready to start trying again, I get pregnant on the first try, and miscarried. Since then, I've had ongoing reproductive issues: left fallopian keeps getting stuck to wall of uterus. Met with a reproductive specialist who basically said (without so much as doing an exam herself) that I need to try IUI and all these other drugs. I feel hopeless and broken. What has everyone else done differently in their 30s that's helped you get your baby? Positive words of advice always welcome. 💜
