Yogurt....

I bought a container of Dannon Oikos Greek nonfat yogurt from Walmart the other day.

On the label it states "Cultured grade A non fat milk". Doesn't state anywhere on it that its pastirized. Well, I had a spoonful of it today before realizing it didn't say on the label that it was pasturized.

I called my doctor and she said "I wouldn't eat anymore of it since it's not pasturized" well, I don't know the difference between cultured, and pasturized. Is there a difference?

I'm freaking out. 😳
