When my baby had the "acne" marks, it was more like white pimples, not red. With the concentrated by the mouth, maybe it could be from a nipple cream or somethin??

 are you breastfeeding ? Both my boys , now 3 and 4, were BF and had similar "milk bumps"

My girl had baby acne that would get red and splotchy and angry looking when she was hot or crying really hard. I took her to the doctor because it looked so bad (like in this picture) but it was normal baby acne. I just make sure to keep her cool and wipe her face once a day. It looks great now (about a week later)

It might be the lavender baby soap I washed his face and hair with this morning now that I think of it. It was the first time.
