Longer cycles
I have always had 28/29 day cycles on the dot for years. For the past 6mo or so I am up to 34 day cycles. Anyone have any ideas on why this could be? I haven't had any weight changes, I have been taking Vitex for this entire time, could that cause lengthened cycles? Is this longer cycle going to make it harder TTC?
