A few weeks ago I was having a lot of abdominal pain and I went to the ER to get checked as the dr was closed. They did some tests and said I had blood in my urine (not a lot) and low white cell count and platelets.

I followed up with my Dr the next day and my urine was the color of grape juice and I was having a lot of abdominal pain. Dr sent me to a hematologist to get things checked out.

I have been seeing the hematologist for a few weeks now and my platelets just keep dropping. I have low iron and b12 as well. Went to the dr last week and they said my platelets had dropped and went back today and they dropped again. They seem to be dropping about 10,000 a week putting me at 72,000.

Is anyone else having this problem or had this problem?

*Update*

Monday morning at about 3 I woke up to use the bathroom and was having severe stabbing pain in my right side, it was so bad my husband had to help me walk and the babies were moving like crazy. I didn't go to the ER because my 7yo was sleeping and I didn't wanna wake him. I eventually fell back to sleep more then an hour later. Woke up for work feeling sore but better but called my Dr to talk to them about it. They brought me in for an emergency appointment and ordered blood work saying I could be having an appendicitis or an infection of my uterus. They said the way to test for an appendicitis was with a CT scan and it was bad for the babies so they wouldn't test unless I developed a fever.

Blood work said my white cells were normal so no infection. So now I'm just waiting for a fever or never to find out I guess...

I will also talk to Dr about HELLP
