Anyone have any tips for breastfeeding a premie? My son is in the NICU. Many of his issues are getting better and we have started trying to feed him. He will not latch at all. He will drink a little from the bottle but is still depending on the feeding tube. He seems to be too sleepy to feed and too weak to suck. We are giving him a soothie to try to strengthen his sucking.
