I've read diflucan can cause miscarriages and stillbirth so I didn't even ask for it. I bought the vagisil extra strength anti itch wipes. They helped with the itchy symptoms and a couple days later my infection was gone. :)

The creams don't work for me at all and make me itch even more and feel like I'm going to throw up, so I always get the oral pill.

Terconazole- and it made my vagina feel so weird!!! Glad I only needed it for 3 days lol

Canestin or monostat. I've never used monostat, so I don't know if it works, but with canestin, you deposit a pill into your vagina three nights in a row, and then you can use the anti-itch/anti-fungal cream during the day for symptoms. It worked for me! I was told not to use the oral pill during pregnancy though, so if you wanted to go that route, I would ask a doctor.
