Any otc anti-acid meds like tums, maalox, mylanta...the liquids work the best for me

I started getting super bad HB Sunday night... I got some Zantac 75 Monday and had managed with that and a few tums before bed, but it was still waking me up at night. Dr said to take nexium.... I just started that this am. I feel awful having to constantly take stuff, but I also can't live with HB waking me up every night!!

Dairy always made my hb worse. And any sweets. Tums are my life now lol 36 weeks preg

I take tums, they're my beat friend lol sometimes I drink a glass of cold milk too

Eat raw almonds! They work so well for me...

I tried everything. Felt like I was getting an ulcer at 13weeks. Finally gave in and took zantac. It has helped.
