Prenatal pills??

So I haven't been taking any prenatal pills I'm about 3 months only because I don't know which kind to buy ? any recommendations? Thanks girls!

I use these. I sometimes have a problem with vitamins making me sick but have had no issues with these and the dha is good for brain development:)

I use Rainbow Light Prenatal One. Food based so your body can absorb them easier.

I was advised to give any supplement that I take the 'water test' - take one of whichever brand you're taking or might take and put it in a glass of water (at least an inch over the pill/capsule) and leave it for 30 minutes. If it isn't significantly broken down after 30minutes you're not likely to absorb much of what's in the pill/capsule. I tried it with Nature Made prenatal vitamins and two others I suddenly can't think of - none of them were changed much after 30min. Rainbow Light was dissolving after like 10min!

Don't take the gummies. They don't have iron in them. One a day women's prenatal, most common, that's what I take.

I use now a day prenatals they are two different bottles one is a gel dha and the other a reg prenatal . You buy then together. Also take extra folic acid.
