Spectra S2 pump vs Medela

Any moms out there have experience with both the Spectra and Medela breast pumps?  I'm having a hard time deciding which to go with.  I've heard that the Spectra is a better more quiet and productive pump but that Medela has awesome customer service and will easily replace your pump if needed and I haven't heard anything like that with the Spectra.  I'm also going to be working and the fact that the Medela comes with a travel tote and cooler is nice, haven't heard if Spectra offers anything of that nature?
