Heavy bleeding at 6 weeks sac and yolk prrsent but no fetal pole.

So I just turned 6 weeks with ivf. Was walking to my car when all of a sudden it felt like I'd wet myself. When I got In my car I pit my hand between my legs and saw blood. Drove home and went to the toilet where I had bled through my knickers, tights, dress and was passing some clots. Went straight to a and e within an hour of it all starting where they gave me a pad which I had on the majority of the night where I only spotted on it. Within an hour the fresh red blood had turned to brown blood. They kept me in overnight to monitor the bleeding and in the morning I had an internal scan which showed a sac measuring slightly under 6 weeks and a yolk but no fetal pole. Dr said the fact the sac and yolk was there was a good sign and my bleeding had also slowed right down and It may have been too early to see fetal pole . Basically said it could go either way and wished me luck for my fertility scan the following week and discharged me with a threatened miscarriage. I had no pain whatsoever. I'm now totally stressed out as I feel really negative about the whole thing but my partner although sad is still hanging on in there and talking to my stomach praying for baby to grow. Annoyed at myself for now asking about my hcg/progesterone levels and other info. Anyone had similar experience where all has been OK?
