Blighted Ovum

I was diagnosed with a blighted ovum at 9 weeks and had a D&E at 10 weeks. My Dr. said we could start trying again after my first cycle. I can't help but worry this will happen again or there's something wrong with me and I won't be able to conceive. I'm healthy and my husband and I were only trying for a couple of months before we got pregnant the first time. Anyone with success stories after having a blighted ovum?!
