Welcoming myself to ttc!

Hi, I'm 23 and we recently decided to start ttc. I told only my best friend, but I'm nervous I won't be able to get pregnant/deliver a child. I've had 2 unplanned pregnancies end in MC. I have had a lot of unprotected sex but never have gotten pregnant after those two MC (3+ years ago). I have PCOS or endometriosis. My obgyn won't try to find out which one. He said the treatments are the same, the pill. And obviously that's not happening now. Any help? I take prenatal vitamins and we will try to time BD in fertile time, but we are long distance currently which sucks. Anyways, I'm introducing myself too and getting used to the idea of telling people (not family or etc) that we are ttc. I feel judged because we are engaged and not married yet...
