Baffled!
So just over a year I came off my pill because they were making me sick and my periods went back to normal after 6 months. They've been on time as I've predicted on 19th every month. They usually last around 4 days with mild cramping that doesn't go away.
This time however I've had no cramps or pains or anything and although my period was on time it only lasted a day and was very very light. I went through 2 pads and there was hardly anything there, I've also had spotting for the past 2 days after.
Is this normal?
