Cramping

I sometimes have cramping the first full day of AF that hurts pretty bad. I sometimes have to lay in the fetal position, most the time I can just block it, or take Midol. I worry it is a sign of endometriosis. Every once in a while I get tiny cramps through my cycle but they don't hurt at all. Sex and bowel movements doesn't hurt Should I worry or is it normal?
