My gyn and I had a discussion about this. She insisted to NEVER EVER cut antidepressant cold turkey as they cold make one go "off the deep end" but to instead wean off gradually. However any doctor will see that there are instances where quitting psych meds is more dangerous to the mothers well being than potentially harmful to the fetus.

I'm pretty sure there's a warning to not take them while pregnant on the medication.
