Do you let your SO cum inside of you when you are on birth control?

We used "pull out" for the first two months on the pill. I take it religiously at the same time and have never missed a pill. We just stopped pulling out and I'm a little nervous lol. I'm not new to birth control, I'm 26 and have been on it for a long time...but having a 4 month old makes me want to be extra cautious because it's too soon to have another. Anybody get pregnant this way? while taking it PERFECTLY every day & not being on any medicines that counteract the pill. Like antibiotics.
