I personally don't think so but society is still hella conservative, so it's usually looked down upon. If you want to be rebellious flaunt those hickeys girl! And if you're shy about it or not ready for that you can cover them up w hair/clothing/makeup. P.S. A color corrector and concealer w foundation works best. Use pink if you're fair, or orange/peach/red if you're darker.
