Sleeping position?😪

Question

So I'm having difficulty sleeping on my left side when sleeping. I have a bad left arm from a past wreck. So when I lay on it for a certain amount of time it gets sore and painful. Also when I'm sleep I sometimes end up on my stomach & my SO has go turn me back on my side lol😂. Is there anything I can do to solve this problem ?  I'm 14 weeks 😊

Why does he have to turn you from your stomach back to your side? You can sleep on your stomach for as long as you're comfortable doing so. Eventually baby will be big enough & it won't be comfortable & you'll no longer turn to your stomach while asleep. And you can sleep on your back until like 24-28weeks or something like that....it's when the baby gets big enough to put too much pressure on your artery that runs to the uterus & can cut off circulation. You arent gonna hurt anything the way youre sleeping now.

I read some where that of course try to sleep on ur side, and if u wake up to correct it. But I believe it also said that u won't crush the baby either sorta speak lol. I also try putting a pillow behind my back to help prop me up. I wake up on my stomach all the time, which I weird cuz I never slept on my stomach before.

I got a body pillow! You can buy a pregnancy pillow but honestly didn't want to spend that much money. Body pillow has been perfect! I was a stomach sleeper and it was hard to adjust. I've gotten better though and sleep perfect. :)
