Does he think I'm dumb or stupid tf.

The other day my and my S/o got into an argument and he said he's not tripping on it anymore and he's doing him. I took that as he wants to talk to other people and he doesn't care and I basically ended things. So after 2 days he text me wonder why I have text him and being friendly and i was like just the other day you said you wanted to do you and he claims he didn't mean talk to other people just meant focus on his other responsibilities school & getting a job and that it had nothing to do with me and him. IF A GUY TEXT YOU AND TELLS YOU THAT DONT YOU AUTOMATICALLY ASSUME THATS WTF THAT MEANS? Like boy wtf.
