Has anyone had success with letrozole?

I just found out on Friday that I more than likely have hypothyroidism which has wacked my hormones out and that I may have PCOS on top of that.  While I don't have all the symptoms for PCOS, I have enough that my DR wants to be proactive.  My doctor is going to put me on letrozole next month and then monitor my ovulation via ultrasounds so that my chances of getting pregnant increase.  Has anyone had success getting pregnant and having a successful and healthy pregnancy on Letrozole?! If so, how many months did you take it before you got pregnant?
