contractions?? help please!! (45min from hospital!!)

my belly has gotten hard every 10-20 minutes for the past hour.. it doesn't necessarily hurt, but it's pretty consecutive and consistent otherwise I would blow it off as BH. does this sound like it could possibly be real contractions?

I would just keep an eye on them. If they get shorter together or intensify (even if not painful) I would call my doc.  Usually 4-5 min apart is when they want you to go in. Try drinking a bottle of water and laying on your left side. If they go away it's just Braxton hicks, if they don't or get stronger/closer together, then call in.

Don't believe people who say if they're real they will hurt! I went into preterm labor and was contracting every 5 minutes and had no pain. It is different for everyone.

If they are for real contractions they will be pretty painful and you will know. Like full belly stiffness coupled with intense period like cramping. Once you start not being able to speak because of the pain then you need to go to the hospital ASAP !

I went to labor and delivery yesterday because of this. Mine were 7 min apart. Turns out I was dehydrated. After a bag of iv fluids they went away.
