Relationship problems

So I'm really into this guy and hes the first guy who's actually treated me very well and we have gone out a few times and he keeps telling me he really likes me but I have so much trust issues and stuff that I can't actually tell if he like is just playing me or not and idk if I should just stop talking to him or like keep going and risk getting hurt.
