Pregnant???

so I haven't been able to take a test yet, I haven't missed my period for this month but this how it was my last pregnancy. I had consistent periods for 3 months then on the 4th found I was 3 months pregnant. well, currently, I've been having some weird signs. nausea, sore nipple (tmi sorry), hungry. like I'll eat and then I'm hungry again like I didn't, tired and all the etcetera. or, I've started birth control about 2 months back and I haven't really had side effects from it, could those just be effects from the pill?
